Speech-Language Pathologist – School Setting
School-year position - Weekly hours: 37.5 hours/week
Caseload: 20–30 students - Student age/grade band: Kindergarten–5th grade
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student needs.
- Monitor and document student progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Provide guidance and support to staff on communication strategies for students.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall educational plan for students.
