This role offers the opportunity to manage sophisticated commercial disputes, work directly with clients, and play a meaningful role in case strategy from inception through resolution. Conduct and defend depositions. Participate in settlement discussions and prepare settlement agreements. Appear in court for hearings and law & motion. Engage in meet-and-confer efforts with opposing counsel. Assist with trial preparation and strategy. Perform legal research to support case development and motion work. Qualifications: Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar. 3+ years of business litigation experience Strong writing, research and communication skills. Highly organized with the ability to manage deadlines.
