West Virginia University School of Medicine - EasternDivision seeks a Family Medicine Physician for an Outpatient Only Position (ranks available: AssistantProfessor, Associate Professor, or Professor). The successfulcandidate will be expected to practice in Berkeley or JeffersonCounty, WV.

Duties

The successful candidate will practice in the areasof Family Medicine. In addition to providing excellentpatient care, the successful candidate will also be activelyinvolved in teaching medical students, residents, andfellows.

Qualifications

Candidate must have an MD or DO degree orforeign equivalent State medical license, and DEA registration isrequired by start date. The successful candidate must havecompleted a Family Medicine residency program. Successfulcandidates must be board certified / eligible in Family Medicine.All qualifications must be met by the time of theappointment.

A rural atmosphere and a lower cost ofliving mixed with the easy accessibility to the Washington DC /Baltimore areas make the Eastern Panhandle an ideal place inwhich to live.
