JusticeWorks is seeking a motivated, organized, and people-focused Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will support hiring managers in identifying and recruiting qualified candidates to fill open positions.

What You Will Do

• Monitor recruitment sources daily (applicant tracking system, job boards, and other sourcing channels) to identify and engage potential candidates
• Source candidates for open roles using job boards, databases, social media, referrals, and other recruiting tools
• Review resumes and applications, and call candidates to discuss qualifications, interest, and next steps in the hiring process
• Work within an assigned region to schedule interviews for hiring managers

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Associate's Degree
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance and access to a vehicle
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; able to work evenings and weekends as necessary
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office
• Pass current, applicable clearances
• Pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screening
