• Lead and support month-end and year-end close processes
• Perform general ledger account reconciliations and maintain accuracy of financial data
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reporting packages
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies, ensuring compliance with accounting standards
• Collaborate cross-functionally to gather data and improve reporting processes
• Assist with audit preparation and ad hoc financial projects

• Sage 300 experience is a strong plus
• Background in the construction industry preferred
• Strong Excel skills and ability to manage large data sets
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
