You will receive a best in class, total compensation package that provides a comprehensive benefits program with real financial value.Position is 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 2PM CST - 10:30PM CST, with some WeekendsWhat You Will DoYou will be responsible for managing and supervising Production Associates and other hourly personnel on 1st ShiftYou will supervise approximately 12 - 15 hourly AssociatesOn a daily basis, you will manage absenteeism, safety rules enforcement, environmental risk analysis, and performance of AssociatesYou will manage daily productions goals to ensure the production goals are metWhat You Should HaveYou preferably have a Bachelor's degree, but experience in lieu of education will be consideredYou have 3+ years of experience in Production Supervision or Maintenance Supervision for a high-speed manufacturing companyExperience with Google or Microsoft administrative applicationsJoin us!
