Customer Service Representative Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 14.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

As Customer Service Representative you will:

• Greet customers in person and over the phone in a professional manner
• Explain loan products, terms, interest rates, and repayment options
• Assist customers with completing loan applications and required paperwork Verify customer information (ID, income, employment, etc.)
• Process loan payments, extensions, and renewals
• Maintain accurate records and update customer accounts in the system
• Handle customer questions, concerns, or complaints

Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

• Previous office or financial Customer Service Experience required
• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
