Summer Internship 2027

This position is intended for a Summer Internship for 2027. The intern may support various departments and gain hands-on experience in a professional work environment. They will contribute to the day-to-day operations of the organization, assist with projects, and collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals. The intern will have the opportunity to learn and develop skills relevant to their field of study while working closely with experienced professionals. A successful intern will be flexible, curious, have the desire to learn multiple facets of the business, and be willing to work in different functional areas.

• Assist with various tasks and projects assigned by supervisor and team members. • Conduct research and gather data to support ongoing projects or initiatives. • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategies. • Participate in team meetings and provide input or suggestions as appropriate. • Support the development and maintenance of databases, spreadsheets, and other relevant tools. • Adhere to company policy. • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. • Seek opportunities to learn and grow in field of interest. • Complete assigned tasks safely, efficiently and within specified deadlines. • May perform administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents. • Attend/complete training as needed to enhance skills and knowledge. • Other duties as assigned.

• Must be currently enrolled and be in good standing with their College/University and be pursuing a degree in a related field to the internship. Junior or Senior level is preferred. • Previous work experience is a plus but is not required. • Excellent computer skills and experience utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Google Mail. Good oral and written communication skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills. Should demonstrate tenacity and the ability to work on teams, take instruction, the desire for learning all areas of the work involved. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Motivated, self-starter; Ability to work independently without direct supervision and as part of a team well. Adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges. Able to relate to all levels of people. Some travel may be required. May require driving between operating locations. May involve exposure to dust, dirt and noise. May work in an office setting and that requires sitting/standing for extended periods of time. If in an operations setting must have the ability to lift 50 pounds and to stand, sit and walk for long periods of time. Requires the use of computerized equipment and technology. This position requires knowledge and awareness of site hazards. Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google, Oracle Business Environment and other software packages relevant to the position. Weekly meetings of Google meet with other interns with Division Training Manager. Prepare a presentation summarizing their training near the end of the program to be given in front of Managers/Supervisor, HR and other interns.
