We're Hiring! AV/VC Operations Technician – Tier 2
DMS is looking for an experienced AV/VC Operations Tier 2 Technician to join our team!
Are you passionate about audiovisual technology, troubleshooting, and delivering exceptional client support? We're looking for a hands-on AV professional who thrives in a fast-paced, enterprise environment and enjoys solving technical challenges.
What You'll Do:
- Provide onsite AV/VC support, troubleshooting, and break-fix services for conference rooms, meeting spaces, and specialty AV environments.
- Support video conferencing systems, LED walls, digital signage, audio systems, and related technologies.
- Perform daily system checks, preventive maintenance, and equipment troubleshooting.
- Assist with live events, meeting setups, and technical support.
- Collaborate with Tier 3 technicians and engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Support AV installations, commissioning, equipment inventory, and ticket management.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in AV operations and technical support, preferably in a large corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of AV systems, audio/video signal flow, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with video conferencing technologies, LED walls, and basic networking.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and incident management.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive, team-oriented professional who can work independently and handle multiple priorities.
