What You Will Do:

• Complete window cleaning, gutter cleaning and house washing jobs and provide exceptional customer service.
• Excel in a team environment.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

Technician

• Perform window cleaning services for residential and commercial properties, including interior and exterior windows, tracks, screens, and frames.
• Use company-provided equipment and cleaning solutions safely and efficiently.
• Ensure high-quality workmanship, adhering to company standards for cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
• Follow a daily schedule as assigned by the Lead Technician or Manager.
• Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are clean and in good working condition.
• Provide excellent customer service by being professional, courteous, and respectful on-site.
• Identify and report any property damage or maintenance issues to the Lead Technician or Manager.
• Adhere to all company safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Sparkle Squad follows all required protocols, PPE guidelines, and respects the safety of all of our employees and clients.
Supplemental pay types:Overtime pay, Tips

Compensation: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
