This is a senior leadership position suited for a seasoned recruitment professional with a demonstrated track record of high billings, team leadership, and operational excellence. Role Overview The Senior Recruitment Manager will oversee a growing team recruiting across Environmental Consulting, Environmental Engineering, Remediation, ESG & Sustainability, Water Resources, Air Quality, Ecological Services, and related technical disciplines. You will be responsible for driving the team’s commercial output, elevating delivery standards, expanding our client footprint, and shaping the long‑term growth strategy for the practice.
