Every day you will collaborate with functional leaders, ensuring quality patient care and comprehensive health services by directing effective communication and promoting standardization across campuses. You will also drive performance across all service line areas including quality, operations, finance, regulatory compliance, and market share growth, aligning with our mission and values. Furthermore, you will work with executive sponsors to grow volume, improve service, and control costs through process improvement, serving as the primary liaison between the service line and physicians. Identifies and explores opportunities for expanding or improving current services. Looks for ways to approach both team and organizational goals. Defines and analyzes work flow and processes to improve efficiency and increase patient, physician, and associate satisfaction. Routinely communicates the organizational mission, vision and goals with team members, encouraging them to take ownership and be engaged in the organization’s performance. Demonstrates timely and effective communication skills in daily interaction with team members and others. Seeks to proactively improve the quality of the services provided by focusing on the mission and core values of CommonSpirit Health.
