Description

The Staff Assistant provides administrative and operational support to a senior executive in a dynamic environment. This hybrid position requires managing executive schedules, coordinating with teams, and supporting decision-making processes using generic office technology tools. The role is based in a hybrid setting, combining remote work with in-office presence.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and prioritize the executive's calendar and appointments. Coordinate across multiple teams to ensure smooth operations and communications. Prepare briefing materials and presentations for executive meetings. Track action items and ensure timely follow-ups on key initiatives. Synthesize program, budget, and project data for decision-making.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 5 years of experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams. Proficiency in using generic office technology tools for scheduling and presentations. Experience in project coordination, program support, or administrative operations. Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
