Design Specialist (Sales Representative)

Sales Representative Full-Time | Albany Capital Region | Field-Based $90,000–$200,000+ per year The Opportunity Adirondack Basement Systems is looking for a motivated Sales Representative to meet with homeowners and provide customized foundation repair, waterproofing, crawl space, and concrete solutions. This is an in-home, consultative sales role with company-provided appointments, uncapped earning potential, paid training, and a company vehicle. No cold calling. No door knocking. What You'll Do Meet with homeowners on pre-scheduled appointments Inspect foundation, waterproofing, crawl space, and concrete concerns Educate customers on repair solutions Create customized proposals Build trust and guide homeowners through the sales process Follow up with customers and close sales Why Join ABS?
