Job Description Are you an experienced driver who loves trucking? join C.R. England on a dedicated Dollar Tree account. This full-time position offers a home weekly schedule and requires drivers to hand-unload trailers using rollers. On average, youll deliver three loads per week, making three stops per load and covering an estimated 1500 miles weekly. This role provides competitive pay and is perfect for those who enjoy an active driving experience. Valid CDL-A plus 3+ months of Class A CDL experience required This lane is not suitable for students, recent graduates, or trainees Lane Details: Account delivers customer freight out of West Memphis, AR to locations in TX, OK, TN, AR, LA, and MS Drivers pick up no-touch live loads when backhauling to the DC Schedule: 34-hours reset weekly Mileage pay, Stop pay Top-of-the-line Sleeper trucks with automatic transmissions pulling 53-ft dry trailers Accessorial Pay Details: Layover 24 hours - $200 per day Breakdown 24 hours - $200 per day Training/Retraining Pay - $200 per day Backhaul Pickup - $25 per load St George Backhaul Pickup - $15 per load, $15 for Dunnage Mentor Pay - $50 per day - $250 per week Mentor Road Test - $50 per road test Clean DOT Inspection - $25 Safe and On Time Bonus - Up to 3% Weekly Driver requirements: Valid Class A CDL 21 Years of age or older 3+ months of current CDL-A driving experience Drivers need to park a truck at home or a secure location Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA, FSA, Life and AD&D Insurance PTO 401(k) Additional voluntary benefits For additional details, including eligibility, please see the Companys Benefit Summary and Driver Employee Policy Manual.
