Residential Admissions & Care Navigator

Lindner Center of HOPE in Mason, OH seeks a Residential Assessment Specialist for intake and admissions. You will conduct initial assessments of patient needs, determine suitability for residential care, and liaise with treatment teams, families, and referrers. Role requires 2+ years in psychiatric care, Ohio licensure (or RN), and EPIC experience.
