Job Title: Production Lead 3rd

Pay:$20.00-$21.00

Location: near brooks city base on the south east side of San Antonio, TX

Job Description

• Operates and leads multiple pieces of production line equipment across various areas during the 3rd shift, including assembling and disassembling equipment based on production schedules.
• Coordinates labor on food production lines under supervisor/manager direction to meet production targets while maintaining efficiency and workflow.
• Accurately documents production downtime, machine setting changes, and materials used during each production run.
• Trains and supports production employees on equipment operation, safety practices, and quality standards while clearly explaining processes and answering questions.
• Monitors line performance, troubleshoots basic issues, communicates with leadership, and ensures compliance with safety, quality, and production procedures.
• Requires 2+ years of food manufacturing experience, 6+ months leadership (supervising 10–30 employees), ability to operate equipment, work overnight shifts, and manage tasks with strong organizational and communication skills.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Antonio, TX 78223.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
