SERVER (FULL TIME)

Position Overview We are hiring immediately for a full‑time Server position at Delta One Lounge, 17801 International Blvd., Seatac, WA 98158. Applications are accepted online only. Full‑time schedule with open availability preferred; weekends are required. Pay rate: $25.67 per hour. Job Summary Takes food and beverage orders and efficiently delivers items to dining room guests. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room; take food and beverages in an efficient manner, following established steps of service. Deliver food promptly and professionally; maintain safe food handling and sanitation standards; follow up periodically to assist with any additional needs or requests. Demonstrate a complete understanding of menu items and ingredients; advise guests on appropriate combinations of food and drinks, accommodate reasonable requests, and note preferences; provide knowledge of specialized diets and allergens as needed. Communicate directly with back‑of‑house staff to ensure that orders are delivered correctly and special requests are accommodated. Exhibit exceptional communication skills and demonstrate ability to get along well with others; remain flexible and patient when communicating with guests and staff. Collect tickets and follow proper cash‑handling procedures. Promote a clean, safe and neat environment for guests. Maintain a high level of sensitivity and confidentiality regarding personal or medical information that is shared. Promptly address complaints or issues; relay relevant information or complaints directly to a supervisor. Ensure that the dining room is properly set up prior to and after the service period; keep area clean and neat while meeting established sanitation standards. Operate a variety of equipment, including fire extinguishers, telephones, iced tea/soda machines, soup wells and coffee machines. Work with staff of other departments to perform job duties during special events and functions. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Fine dining, hospitality, and customer‑service experience preferred. Open availability and willingness to work weekends. Ability to perform essential functions of this position, with or without reasonable accommodation. Compliance with background‑screening requirements, such as Florida Level 2 screening, as applicable.
