Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts, flexible start time between 6:00 AM and 10:00 AM

Roles & Responsibilities
- Utilize evidence-based practice to support clinical interventions
- Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
- Administer procedures including manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and assistive devices
- Assess patient progress and adjust treatments in collaboration with the supervising PT
- Document all regulatory and clinical information in the electronic documentation system
- Participate in patient care conferences, utilization reviews, and required trainings
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of PTA experience required
- LTC or Rehab experience required
- Active PTA license in Oklahoma (or ability to obtain)
- New grads welcome if you have a Level II clinical experience
- Skills checklist within the past year
- 0-1 professional references at time of submission
