Manage patient scheduling and keep clinic operations running smoothly. Answer phones, emails, and inquiries with accuracy and a smile in your voice. Maintain organized patient records and assist with insurance/billing processes. Work closely with providers and medical staff to deliver an exceptional patient experience. Keep the front office clean, inviting, and patient-ready every day. Rotate primarily between our Marietta and Cumming clinics with support at our other clinics as needed. What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent (healthcare administration training is a plus). 1+ year of customer service experience — medical office experience preferred. Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills. Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred to serve our community better.
