Company Vehicle Program Administration Specialist

Join our thriving Company Vehicle Operations Team as a Program Administration Specialist, where your passion for precise reporting creates data-driven ideas to improve our departments' customer service. As the key reporting specialist, you will help navigate the intersection of efficiency and excellence, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders in our dynamic company vehicle program. Assist on a daily/weekly/monthly basis with all aspects of Program Administration through management of program reports, including logistics moves, high mileage, past due, overage, non-revenue, replacement ordering and program noncompliance. Communicate with team members to understand their reporting needs. Create spreadsheets and relevant reports based on analysis, highlighting key findings and insights. Present reports based on predefined metrics or key performance indicators. Provide recommendations for improving data collection, analysis, and reporting processes. Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot technical issues and develop analytical tools. Work with other departments, employees, dealers, and the CVO call center as needed for problem resolution. Assist in identifying opportunities for program efficiencies and process improvements. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's Degree 5+ years' experience in customer service Demonstrable experience as a reporting analyst Knowledge of suitable data analytic processes Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal Capable of interacting with all levels of employees effectively Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-oriented Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Power BI, and Qlik Must be able to keep sensitive information completely confidential and access it only when job functions require it.
