Description

• Conduct evaluations of patients in inpatient or outpatient settings and develop tailored treatment plans
• Administer therapy interventions that target mobility, strength, balance, and overall function
• Collaborate closely with nurses, physicians, case managers, and a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes
• Educate both patients and their families on therapeutic objectives, discharge strategies, and home exercise programs
• Document all evaluations, treatments, and patient progress per facility policy and regulations

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or a similar degree from an accredited institution

Certifications

• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification preferred
