At Infirmary Home Care, part of the LHC Group family and the Optum family of businesses, you'll have the opportunity to help patients regain independence, confidence, and quality of life where it matters most: at home.
This is more than therapy. It's helping someone safely return to daily routines after an illness, injury, or hospitalization. It's building trusted relationships with patients and families. It's seeing the direct impact of your care, one home visit at a time.
