Senior Digital Product Manager

Role Overview The Senior Digital Product Manager partners with interdisciplinary teams to deliver scalable, user-driven digital solutions that improve clinical workflows, reduce administrative burdens, and enhance patient and provider experiences. They serve as the Voice of the Customer, identify key problems, and leverage AI, automation, and analytics to drive measurable outcomes in digital health platforms. Key Responsibilities Own and execute the product vision, roadmap, and KPIs. Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams including engineering and data science within an Agile SDLC. Translate strategic goals into impactful product features, measure success, and prioritize initiatives based on data insights. Lead agile teams, facilitate team alignment, and foster continuous improvement. Engage with stakeholders, influence organizational trust, and understand competitive digital health dynamics. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 5+ years in product management, with 4+ years in healthcare or healthcare technology in an agile environment. Experience with digital health ecosystems, clinical workflows, and healthcare data interoperability preferred. Strong stakeholder engagement, ability to distill ideas into actionable user stories, and experience with AI/LLM solutions. Excellent collaboration, leadership, and change management skills.
