Basic Qualifications 2+ years in Team Lead or Supervisor warehouse operations experience Highschool diploma or GED Proven experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain management or related field Experience in managing and leading people Good knowledge of Microsoft Application tools Preferred Qualifications Fluent command in English speaking and writing College degree in related field Competencies & Skills (training provided during onboarding) Excellent communication skills, including mastering state-of-the-art presentation tools Training defined in the Global Distribution Training Catalogue Basic ISO 9001/ ISO 13485 Basic MDSAP Audit Benefits At Coloplast, we believe in recognizing and rewarding the contributions of our employees. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses and/or incentives.
