If you love connecting with guests and leading a team, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities: Manage FOH bartenders and barbacks. Coordinate employee schedules Train new staff members on bar operations, drink preparation techniques, and customer service standards Responsible for liquor inventory Follow company policies and procedures regarding the handling of cash, property, products, and equipment Craft and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency according to house recipes and customer preferences Provide excellent customer service by creating an inviting atmosphere where each guest enjoys a memorable experience Ensure compliance with NJ liquor laws, responsible alcohol service (TIPS/RAS), and health & safety regulations Resolve guest concerns and staff issues in a professional and timely manner Requirements: Minimum of 2 years restaurant/bar management and bartending experience Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Experience in staff training; help build a collaborative team environment Familiarity with kitchen management practices is a plus for effective communication with culinary staff Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail recipes, and beverage preparation techniques Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Flexibility to work evenings, nights, days, weekends and holidays as required by business needs Benefits/Perks: Compensation includes hourly wage and tips Competitive bonus structure Paid vacation time 401K plan with competitive match
