Service Operations Manager

Looking for a career that comes with ownership? Employee-Owned System Scale is looking for a Service Operations Manager based out of Memphis, TN. This position is responsible for the management of operational efficiency, technician development, scheduling, customer satisfaction, and business development within a prescribed territory. Previous management and business operations experience is required. Total compensation package including vehicle and retirement to exceed $100,000 in year one. Duties and Responsibilities: Setting and meeting goals using KPI’s. Management and development of technicians within their region. Management of financial performance within region. Ability to understand financial statements in order to set and meet goals. Responsible for opportunity growth and territory expansion. Ability and willingness to sell. Perform site visits, develop customer relationships, and recognize new opportunities. Provide excellent internal and external communication in a timely manner as required for the job: email, customer calls, conference calls, voicemails. Understand the technical aspects of services being performed. Ability to provide assistance and guidance on office administrative tasks including purchase orders, invoice approval, and collections. Other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, Attitude: Understand the important dynamics of an ESOP Company. Maintain a professional and positive attitude in all situations. Sustain a healthy and fun work environment while motivating our Team. Must have strong communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening. Must have organized and efficient work habits. Must be an innovative and effective problem-solver. Works well alone and as part of a team. Education and Experience: Business or Technical degree preferred. Proficient in computer software and applications such as: Salesforce, Word, Excel, and Outlook. Prior experience with team management, inventory control, and scheduling. Metrology experience a plus, but not required. Technical aptitude is required.
