Java Developer

Job Description: Required Skills & Experience**+ 7+ years of experience in Application Development - Core Java.+ Knowledge of various streaming frameworks.+ Familiarity with challenges that arise when implementing real time performant systems.+ Strong familiarity with Rates trading business as well as quantitative foundation of pricing and risk calculations.+ Experience with system analysis and in programming of software applications, especially as it pertains to performance and testability of components.+ Familiarity with interest rates products and associated pricing and risk calculations.+ Experience working on a mature development in a large collaborative environment as well as coming up with ideas that challenge current practices.+ Demonstrated leadership skills. Technology Skills:+ Experience with Java ecosystem.+ Expert in Java development.+ Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and best DevOps practices.+ Exposure to profiling, debugging and monitoring tools.+ Ambition to learn aspects of systems supporting real time interest rate risk calculations.**Desired Skills & Experience**+ 2+ years of KDB experience.+ Familiarity with Apache Flink, KDB and Kafka.**What You Will Be Doing**+ Collaborate with the team to understand functional and operational requirements.+ Lead designs and implementation of robust and testable code in support of the requirements.
