WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

GS-11 Minimum Qualifications: You must have one year of specialized experience to perform successfully the duties of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-09 grade level in the Federal service performing ALL of the following: Providing customer service and account management support to internal and external stakeholders by responding to inquiries related to funding, billing, financial transactions, and service delivery. Monitoring expenditures, funding balances, and spending trends to identify potential funding shortfalls, billing discrepancies, and funding issues requiring corrective action. Preparing financial reports, utilization reports, and account status updates for customers, program managers, and organizational leadership. Building and maintaining effective working relationships with customers and stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of issues and quality service delivery. OR Have a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree; OR 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree; OR LL.M., if related. OR Have a combination of experience and education that meets 100% of the qualification. GS-12 Minimum Qualifications: You must have one year of specialized experience to perform successfully the duties of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service performing ALL of the following: Serving as a primary point of contact for customers and organizational stakeholders on complex financial account management matters, funding issues, billing concerns, and service-related inquiries. Developing and presenting recommendations regarding funding adjustments, spending strategies, and resource utilization based on customer needs and operational requirements. Leading the resolution of complex funding, billing, accounts receivable, and deobligation issues by coordinating with customers, program managers, financial personnel, and leadership officials. Managing customer relationships by proactively addressing concerns, communicating financial information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
