The Team Lead will support the restaurant and General Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure we are 1st Choice for our Guests and Employees.
HOW YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE EVERYDAY
Interact and engage with guests and employees making them feel welcome and appreciated
Create guests’ orders as requested and ensures accuracy of each order
Holds employees accountable for delivering excellent guest service and food quality in adherence to brand systems, procedures, and food safety requirements
Receives food orders – cleans, rotates, and organizing items in walk-in coolers
Helps manage inventory control
Maintains brand image by ensuring restaurant cleanliness and excellent service
Ensuring policy and procedures are being followed on shifts
Identifying and responding to complaints and policy and procedures violations
Helping ensure the restaurant is a safe, clean, and fun environment for our employees and Guests!
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and motivate a team of employees.
- Capable of performing all duties of a cook, a line server, a cashier
- Ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Provide guidance and support to team members.
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback as needed.
- Enforce company policies and procedures.
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner.
- Train new employees on proper procedures.
- May be required to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Monitor costs of goods and labor.
- Maintain operational and sanitation standards.
Must be able to walk and stand during entire shift.
Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
YOU'VE GOT THIS?
1-2 years restaurant management experience, preferably in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR)
Basic math skills
Ability to work flexible schedule and extended hours
