Fitness Coach

Job Summary As an OTF Fitness Coach, you will deliver pre‑designed workouts to up to 24 members per session. The role requires strong coaching, time management, and motivation in a group setting, focusing on endurance, strength, and power to optimize client experience and results. YOU WILL HAVE THE ABILITY TO EARN UP TO $55/CLASS PLUS AN HOURLY RATE! Essential Duties and Responsibilities Lead and motivate members through pre‑defined workouts. Help members set and achieve goals. Demonstrate exercise movements, monitor form, and correct improper form. Communicate the science behind workouts, heart‑rate training programs, and stay aware of industry competition. Assist sales associates with studio tours and sales. Ensure participant safety regarding heart rate and exercise techniques. Build attendance and retain current members. Work as a team player. Willingness to work nights, holidays, and weekends. Job Qualifications Bachelor's degree in an exercise‑related field preferred. Current AED/CPR certification required. One year minimum experience as a Personal Trainer or group teaching in the fitness industry required. Current fitness certification by an OTF‑approved organization required (NSCA, ACE, ACSM, AFAA, NASM, NCSF, ISSA). Be on your feet leading and instructing members during workouts. Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics. Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills. Desire and capacity to train all fitness levels.
