Career Area Finance What You Will Do Act as a trusted advisor, providing Financial Planning & Analysis support to the LPSD Emissions and Power Systems Regulatory Compliance (EPRC) team and LPSD Human Resources team Support headcount, period cost, and non‑financial metric reporting for LPSD Coordinate financial reporting system processes, including monthly financial analysis submissions and quarterly and annual forecast submissions Facilitate SEC and division compliance surveys and reporting for LPSD Leverage digital tools to improve efficiency and enhance business insights Participate in special projects and ad‑hoc reporting requests as needed What You Have Education/Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance, or a related business field Accuracy and Attention to Detail: High level of precision in completing tasks Analytical Thinking: Ability to determine root causes and create effective solutions Effective Communications: Ability to transmit, receive, and interpret ideas accurately Managing Multiple Priorities: Self‑management skills to prioritize and allocate time effectively Problem Solving: Use of tools and techniques to recognize, anticipate, and resolve organizational or process problems Summary Pay Range $81,370.00 - $122,060.00 Benefits Medical, dental, and vision benefits Paid time off plan (Vacation, Holidays, Volunteer, etc.) 401(k) savings plan Health Savings Account (HSA) Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) Health Lifestyle Programs Employee Assistance Program Voluntary Benefits and Employee Discounts Career Development Incentive bonus Disability benefits Life Insurance Parental leave Adoption benefits Tuition Reimbursement Work Arrangement This position requires working onsite five days a week.
