Miners Special Duty RN

Job Title

Coordinates total nursing care for patients, participates in-patient and family teaching and provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting. The Special Duty Staff Nurse will have specialized skills, which enable him/her to deliver an extraordinary measure of care which patient needs require.

Conemaugh Miners Medical Center is a 25-bed facility featuring a 24/7 Level IV Trauma Emergency Department with chest pain accreditation, offering sophisticated emergency care close to home. Graduate of an accredited educational program in nursing. Current registration in the State of Pennsylvania. Must have successfully completed an approved Critical Care Course or Basic Coronary Care Course with ACLS Certification (within one year).
