As a Computer Repair Technician, you'll diagnose, repair, and restore desktops, laptops, printers, and servers while helping reduce electronic waste and increase access to affordable technology.

Education Requirements: High school diploma or GED preferred.

Experience Requirements: Previous experience working with computers, electronics, or hardware repair preferred. Familiarity with PC and Mac operating systems. Experience troubleshooting and repairing hardware is a plus.

Job Duties: Diagnose and repair desktops, laptops, printers, and server equipment. Inspect, test, and evaluate incoming electronics. Install and configure hardware, software, and peripherals. Disassemble, repair, and reassemble computer equipment. Record repairs, configurations, and inventory information accurately. Sort and classify electronic equipment for refurbishment or reuse.

Physical Capabilities: Ability to lift and move computer equipment throughout the workday. Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks. Manual dexterity to handle small components and repairs.
