Job Description:


We are looking for a Senior SAP Basis Specialist with over 12 years of experience in SAP Basis administration, particularly in a private cloud environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in managing SAP systems, including installation, configuration, and performance tuning, as well as a solid understanding of SAP HANA and cloud infrastructure.


Responsibilities:


Manage and maintain SAP systems in a private cloud environment, ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance.


Perform installation, configuration, and upgrades of SAP systems and components.


Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues to minimize downtime.


Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.


Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support SAP-related projects and initiatives.


Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members.


Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.


10+ years of experience in SAP Basis administration, with a focus on private cloud environments.


In-depth knowledge of SAP system architecture, including SAP HANA.


Hands-on experience with SAP installations, upgrades, and patching.


Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.


Experience with SAP Solution Manager and other monitoring tools.


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


SAP certification(s) preferred.
