HVAC Service & Maintenance Technician

Hearn Plumbing, Heating, & Air of Madison, OH is a fast-growing family-run business seeking to hire a couple more HVAC Service & Maintenance Technicians to represent our company while visiting our Madison, Ohio clients to service, repair, and propose HVAC equipment replacements while keeping up with the manufacturer's recommendations and local codes.

Skills / Qualifications:

• A good attitude and a willingness to learn and be coached/mentored.
• Must be customer-service focused & have experience interacting with people (phone or in-person).
• Prior sales experience or background in selling products/services PLUS, not required.
• Must take pride in your work!
• Good communication skills (written & verbal).
• Previous experience in HVAC as a Technician is a HUGE PLUS, not required.
• Prior trade school and/or EPA Universal certification a plus!
• Basic understanding of math/arithmetic.
• Flexible schedule.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
