Senior Lead Product Manager

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a senior lead product manager to join the Equipment & Vendor Finance Originations Product team to own and drive the development of transformative AI-enabled client and user facing products and solutions.

In this role, you will: Advise experienced leadership to develop or influence business plans, business requirements, direct product design and implementation for complex business and technical needs Oversee overall product management and strategic focus for the most technical, complex and diverse products and services Lead the strategy and resolution of complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth understanding of potential synergies, opportunities companywide Deliver solutions that are long-term, large scale, and require consideration of global market dynamics, trends, regulatory impact, and risk management Provide vision, direction and expertise to leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are strategically focused for diverse product lines Articulate product vision, define scope, prioritize backlog, establish goals, and provide direction for teams to design, develop, and deliver technology and processes for updating, upgrading technologies and vendor relationships Engage with leaders, stakeholders, subject matter experts, scrum masters, project managers and delivery team companywide Serve as an adept advisor to leadership Drive product vision, roadmap, and priorities while balancing near-term delivery with long-term modernization goals Engage with aligned scrum team(s) to strengthen product discipline, execution rigor, and customer-focused thinking Partner closely with technology, sales, operations, risk, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant, and high-impact solutions Establish and track clear success metrics, embedding data-driven decision making and continuous improvement into the operating model

Required Qualifications: 7+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or agile product owner experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications: Demonstrated ability to lead system or process transformation efforts within regulated or enterprise environments Strong grounding in data-driven product management, including defining KPIs, using analytics to inform decisions, and measuring outcomes Experience building and scaling customer-centric product practices, including user experience, journey mapping, and discovery-led development Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate effectively across a highly matrixed organization Experience in Artificial Intelligence and/or Machine Learning enabled systems with employee and client facing agentic automation.

Job Expectations: Ability to travel occasionally in the US and Canada. Ability to work a hybrid work schedule, current requirements are 4 days in-office. Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities. $139,000.00 - $239,000.00
