Overview
As a Pharmacist Inpatient Pharmacy, you will play a vital role in ensuring safe, effective medication management for critically ill patients in our CV ICU and Medical ICUs. Your expertise will directly contribute to patient safety and optimal therapy outcomes. Required Skills

Valid and current pharmacist license
Minimum of 1 year of hospital pharmacy experience
Experience with Level 1 Trauma centers and Critical Care settings
Proficiency in EPIC and other electronic health record systems
Strong knowledge of inpatient medication protocols and critical care pharmacology
Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations and weekends on a rotating schedule
Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Nice to Have Skills

PGY2 in Critical Care or specialized residency training
Experience with first-time traveler assignments
Prior work in a Level 1 Trauma or Trauma Center environment
Familiarity with inpatient clinical pharmacy practice in ICU settings
Additional certifications such as Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)

Preferred Education and Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (BPharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited institution
At least 1 year of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience, preferably in critical care environments

Other Requirements

Availability to work 5x8-hour day shifts (07:00 - 15:00) in a rotational weekend schedule
Willingness to obtain and maintain relevant licensure and certifications
Commitment to continuous professional development and patient safety
