Shift Manager (Paid Time off, Free Meals, and More)

Work at a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not McDonald’s USA. The franchisee is the sole employer and is responsible for all employment matters. Responsibilities Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience with every visit. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great quality, service and cleanliness. Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, including planning for each shift, monitoring performance, taking action to ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards, monitoring safety, security and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to help prepare for a successful shift. Shift Managers may also be responsible for meeting targets during their shifts and helping their assigned departments meet their goals. Positive team player with a flexible schedule and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Must be 18 years or older.
