Our range of services and strong global presence enables us to complete large, multi-dimensional cross-border, and regional transactions.The desk is an origination and execution team focused on serving sovereign, corporate and financial institution (including multilateral) clients across all of Latin America and the Caribbean. The Desk is integrated into Deutsche Bank’s global platform, working alongside coverage bankers and other product-specific partners across our offices in New York, Europe, Asia and Brazil. The team is divided largely by geography, but Analysts will function as generalists until she/he will eventually focus on specific clients according to his/her preferences and the needs of the teamWork in all aspects of the bond execution process, including origination, documentation, marketing, and distribution; daily tasks will vary depending on the phase of the current transactionsAnalyze comparable borrowers and assess appropriate new issue pricing indications in consultation with Syndicate, producing spreadsheet models, roadshow presentations and due diligence reports.Skills You’ll Need:Significant network and experience within the arena with extensive, product and market knowledgeProven track record of independently and proactively servicing multiple clients and effectively managing multiple priorities, while generating significant revenueStrong commercial acumen: understanding client/market problems, proactively tackling challenges and seizing opportunities as they ariseSkills That Will Help You Excel:Excellent communication skills, both written and spokenA strategic thinker with the ability to understand broad business issues, their potential implications and to make sound business recommendationsDynamic, agile, highly motivated.
