Job Description NOW HIRING: W c Job Summary We’re looking for a reliable, safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. If you have experience in a fast-paced distribution or warehouse setting, this is a great opportunity to grow with a supportive company. Key Responsibilities Operate forklifts safely and efficiently , with a focus on Reach Truck driving Use equipment such as Electric Pallet Jack, Dock Stocker, Reach Truck, and Order Picker Load and unload trucks, pallets, and shipments Move materials throughout the warehouse Maintain inventory accuracy and follow procedures Pre-inspect equipment and report issues Follow all safety rules and protocols Assist with general warehouse duties: picking, packing, sorting Requirements Proven forklift experience ( certification preferred but not required ) Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Basic math and reading skills Safety-focused with strong attention to detail Fast-paced environment experience and ability to meet goals Willing to work overtime, weekends, or holidays if needed Benefits Weekly pay Overtime opportunities Health benefits Supportive team environment Company Description iJility is a strategic workforce provider that has an operations and engineering backbone.
