A private, dentist-owned practice in Hot Springs is seeking an experienced Associate Dentist ready to step into a leadership role with a clear path to running the office. You’ll walk into an established patient base, strong systems, and a role designed for long-term growth.

What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry

• $250K to $300K+ earning potential based on production

What We’re Looking For

• DDS or DMD from an accredited program
• Active Arkansas license or ability to obtain
• 3+ years of clinical experience preferred
• Comfortable working independently in a private practice setting
• Interest in leadership and long-term growth
