Gastroenterology Hospitalist

Mohawk Valley Health System (MVHS) is seeking a Gastroenterology Hospitalist to join our growing team. This physician will focus exclusively on the care of hospitalized patients with gastrointestinal conditions, providing inpatient consultations, diagnostic evaluations, and endoscopic procedures such as EGD and colonoscopy. The role involves working closely with hospitalists, intensivists, surgeons, and emergency medicine providers to manage acute and complex GI disorders, coordinate multidisciplinary care, and support timely treatment and discharge planning. This position offers flexible scheduling options designed to support physician work-life balance while delivering high-quality inpatient GI care. Position Highlights Competitive Salary of $650,000-$725,000
