Data Entry Specialist / Administrative Specialist

Data Entry Specialist / Administrative Specialist Duration: 12 months Job Description Minimum Education High School Diploma required. Associate's Degree preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Minimum Experience / Training Three to five years of administrative support, office, or related experience required. Experience using Workday and Microsoft 365 preferred. Essential Functions Performs and administers a wide range of staff and operational support activities and serves as a liaison with other departments to resolve day-to-day administrative and operational issues. Handles facilities requests, assists with budgets and fiscal administration, procurement, purchasing, transaction verification, data collection, financial records, filing, and office supply inventory management. Provides administrative support by answering phones, assisting visitors, and resolving or referring inquiries. Uses a personal computer to prepare, edit, type, and distribute correspondence, memoranda, agendas, and meeting minutes. Schedules and coordinates meetings, events, interviews, appointments, and similar activities as needed. Prepares or assists with statistical and narrative reports, conducts information gathering and analysis, and supports forecasting activities. Assists department administrators with problem solving, project planning, and the development and execution of departmental goals and objectives as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
