About the Role
The Company is seeking a Transaction Manager to join its Corporate Trust team. The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for clients and their counsel, managing the transaction process from mandate to successful close. This role requires experience in the Debt Capital Market space, with a focus on Securitization documentation. The Transaction Manager will be responsible for liaising with the Business Development Team, appointing external counsel, and negotiating documentation in line with the company's standards. Additionally, the role involves presenting the transaction to internal stakeholders and approval committees, as well as transitioning the deal to the ongoing client management team. Applicants for the Transaction Manager position should have a Bachelor's degree, preferably in finance or a related area, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A total of 7-10 years' work experience is preferred, with a background as a Transaction Manager or Lawyer in the Debt Capital Market space, particularly with Securitization. The role demands a candidate who is very familiar with the company's policies and procedures and is committed to ongoing learning and development. Experience in managing various transactional stakeholders and a strong understanding of the Australian Securitization industry, including the review of relevant documentation, is essential. The ideal candidate will be adept at handling competing interests and be able to work effectively in a dynamic, client-focused environment.
