Act as the face of the brand by promoting products and educating customers on their features and benefits. Engage proactively with shoppers to create interest and drive product awareness. Generate, qualify, and process customer leads and appointments. Deliver outstanding customer service and build positive customer relationships. Participate in promotional events and in-store marketing activities. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead generation activities. Our required expertise: Previous experience in retail sales, direct sales, customer service, promotions, or brand ambassador roles preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect easily with customers. Outgoing, confident, and enthusiastic personality. Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset. Ability to proactively engage shoppers in a busy retail environment. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between retail locations, events, and promotional activities.
