Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical

$2105.28/week -

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• 
  Deliver comprehensive patient care for a variety of medical and surgical conditions, including CP, CHF, pneumonia, and post-operative patients.
  
  
• 
  Administer medications, monitor vitals, and titrate medications as needed, following established protocols.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including RTs for ventilator management and other support staff.
  
  
• 
  Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the electronic health record system.
  
  
• 
  Respond to patient needs promptly, ensuring safety and comfort.
  
  
• 
  Participate in unit orientation, training, and continuous education to uphold clinical standards.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold a valid RN license with strong Med/Surg experience.
  
  
• 
  Required certifications: BLS and NIHSS; ACLS and PALS are preferred.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate proficiency with Epic electronic health records and ICU-style telemetry reading.
  
  
• 
  Possess excellent assessment skills, with ability to work independently and in team settings.
  
  
• 
  Flexibility to float between units and work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  
  
• 
  Ability to effectively manage multiple patient needs and prioritize care.
