Warehouse Person (2nd Shift)

Job Overview Ziegler CAT is hiring a Warehouse Person for our Bloomington branch to assist with shipping, receiving, parts inventory, and walk-in customer service. The shift is 2nd Shift, 3:30pm–12:00am (Monday–Friday) with a $1.45 shift differential. Responsibilities Fill and prepare orders for shipment and inventory. Receive parts and backorder parts. Fill orders with materials from stock locations. Manage bin and parts locations, verify inventory records, address discrepancies. Determine appropriate mode of transportation for parts shipment. Assess equipment, tools, and environment to ensure safety and compliance. Load and unload cargo using forklifts. Perform counter sales and answer phones as needed. Work collaboratively on a team. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Proficient forklift operation. 2+ years of warehouse experience. Basic computer skills. Dependable, attention to detail, positive attitude, efficient, team player, problem solver. Experience with diesel engines, heavy equipment, agriculture, or automotive is a plus. Minimum Physical Requirements Push/pull up to 10lbs; lift/carry up to 50lbs; lift bulky objects; standing, walking, using hands, talking, hearing, neck and trunk rotation; stair and ladder climbing; repetitive bending, kneeling, sustained squatting, forward and overhead reaching, supine overhead reaching, crawling, bin lift, high steps, fingering/grasping; use bolt box. Working conditions may be indoor and/or outdoor; noise level may be loud at times. Benefits Competitive pay: $19.50–$28.00 per hour, dependent on skills, experience, and location.
