Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Representative located in Elk Grove, CA. The Call Center Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support and assistance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. The representative will use their interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients and solve issues promptly.
