Job Summary

We are seeking a Teller to join our team! As a Teller on the team, you will be responsible for assisting members with financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, opening accounts, loan payments and various other products. You will also answer questions about the credit union and services provided, offer solutions to customers facing issues with their accounts, and offer exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and can follow established policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service and support

Accurately process transactions

Educate members on appropriate products

Assist others to complete tasks and work assignments

Follow all cash handling policies and procedures
